LEAK DETECTION AND FLOW CONTROL

The real-time control of the input and output flow and of any leaks along the network is a fundamental condition for all water distribution plants.

The flow monitoring and control offered by WE500+ allows a statistic data collection suitable not only for scheduling a predictive maintenance service but also for automating all valves opening and closing operations.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

WE500+ is connected to a flow meter with pulse output and collect, deliver and process the flow value. Through a constant monitoring and control of the flow value, it’s possible to have information regarding any leaks or damages along the pipework and send notifications via SMS, CHAT or EMAIL to the responsible supervisors.
The data logging can be remote or local: WE500+ logs the collected data in the internal memory and make them available to the user on the integrated web interface, where it’s possible to arrange data on graphs or charts and transfer them; as an alternative the data can be delivered at regular intervals of time to any customer’s server or to the Nethix Cloud.
