ACOUSTIC MONITORING

WE500+ is used by many companies specialized in the monitoring and collection of acoustic data. Thanks to its compatibility with a wide range of sound level meters, the device collects and logs different parameters, from real-time readings to averages and peaks. With WE500+ it's possible to define typical ranges: over such ranges it is considered noise pollution, sending notifications in real time to dedicated operators. WE500+ is frequently integrated with the Noise Cloud platform offered by Nethix. Using this service, specifically developed by Nethix, the customer can centrally monitor all installations, accessing the data history and visualizing graphs, spectrograms, and a list of all critical notifications sent by each device.

WE500+ allows to manage mobile monitoring stations: the installations are often realized to monitor the acoustic pollution generated by traffic or by events that gather high numbers of people (concerts, night clubs, etc.). In such cases the installation is not permanent, but a single device (installed inside a suitable high-rate protection case) can be reused multiple times in different contexts or for different purposes. The solution normally used for this type of application, considering the large quantity of data to be acquired in short time intervals, is WE500+ with 4G connectivity.
