WATER LIFTING PLANTS

In water lifting plants, the status of the pumps and the fluid level must be constantly monitored, in order to grant a proper functioning of the system and send a notification to the allocated operators in case of malfunctioning. In this case we suggest the use of one of the following devices WE151, WE152 or WE500+, according to the customer's needs.

To control the fluid level is possible to:

Connect a floater to one of the digital inputs of the device.
Connect a level sensor, having output 4-20 mA, to one of the analogue inputs available on board.
Connect the pump to one of the digital outputs in order to keep the switch-on/off monitored

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

Thanks to the scheduler function, the device allows to program the pump functioning and also to link the activation of the pump with the level of the fluid, in order to limit the number of unnecessary switch-on and off operations. In case of malfunction, the device can activate the emergency pump and simultaneously send an alarm to the responsible operators.

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

The maintenance services can be automatically scheduled: the operating time of each pump is logged and a notification is sent via SMS, CHAT or EMAIL to the responsible operators, when the preconfigured total number of working hours is reached. Through the scheduler function, it's also possible to configure a programmed maintenance service, sending notifications to the allocated operators on due time.
