SILOS MONITORING

The collection and distribution silos, as for instance those used for road salts on motorways or for grain storage on farms, require a constant monitoring of the material quantity, in order to avoid supply failures.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

In this case we suggest the use of one of the following devices WE151, WE152 or WE500+, according to the customer’s needs. The devices can be connected to the external outputs of the load cells or of the ultrasound sensor, in order to read their signals and send them to the Cloud. To keep constantly monitored the quantity of material stocked inside the silos, the data are delivered at regular time intervals, at every load/unload operation and at the exceeding of the configured critical threshold.

On the web server it’s possible to check all data collected on the Cloud and change the configuration for data reading.
