Nowdays farms are increasingly requested to adopt a smart management of the productive process and of the traceability of the raised cattle.
The application of our devices in this sector allowed our customers to adapt their plants to the specific requirements of the Farming 4.0.
First of all WE500+ grants a direct access to the PCs available in the plant, allowing the customer to intervene on the programming and to manage remotely the list of consumables, that can be then selected by the operator on the field.
Thus the operator will have the full control of all the operating logics of the machines (both for the milk preparation and for the feedingstuff distribution), whithout personally attending the plant and reducing the possibility of a human error of the operator, who has to select the type of feed currently on the line.
Besides the interaction with the PLC-HMI available in the plant, WE500+ can also collect and deliver a high number of relevant parameters to an external platform, in order to optimize the management of the stock, as fore instance:
The collection of these parametersm allows the operator to control remotely, and to display automatically graphs and tabs and then to export the collected data in differnet formats.
With all parameters managed by WE500+ it's also possible to configure alarming logics, in order to notify immediately to the operator/user possible failures or defects through lights, sounders or through specific alarm messages via SMS, Email and/or Chat.
