How the system works

WE500+ grants a direct access to the PCs available in the plant, allowing the customer to intervene on the programming and to remotely manage the list of consumables that can be then selected by the operator on the field. Thus the operator will have full control of all the operating logics of the machines remotely, reducing the possibility of a human error of the operator. Besides interacting with the plant's PLC-HMI, WE500+ can also collect, deliver, and display graphs and tabs of parameter data on an external platform, such as:

• Total feed consumption ( divided according to feed type)
• Partial daily/weekly/monthly consumption
• Duration of each meal
• Age of nutritional plan
• Feed level insider the silo
• Funnel status
• Temperature of milk preparation
• Temperature of milk distribution

With all parameters managed by WE500+ it's also possible to configure alarming logics, in order to notify immediately to the operator/user possible failures or defects through lights, sounders or through specific alarm messages via SMS, Email and/or Chat.
